Is there a way to turn on auto completion of fields in MS Access forms? I want it so that when an employee is typing the field will autocomlete if that text has already been typed. Anyone know how to turn on automatic completion in MS Access?

First, post Access questions in one of the six Access forums.
You would not use Textboxes. You would use Comboboxes. You would then set the AutoExpand option to Yes.
