MRTG like reporting in SQL Server

Is there a product (open source or commercial--ie. Microsoft, etc) that can provide reporting like MRTG? Not so much real time, but using a db that is updated overnight?

Output would be in multiple screens (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)??

I have a query to run that kicks out values that are currently populated into Excel to generate charts (stretching for control chart). Mainly Line charts showing activity relevant to the output of a query

Sample data

Date Total_Volume ElementVolume %difference
10/21/2010 12345 345 2.8%

Chart would be based on Date and %Difference.
