MRP: Dependent orders

Hello,
I'm trying to implement MRP in Macola ES, I have some assemblies which has BOM going to level 3. Now when I run the Regen MRP(with reset low level code box 'checked') and see demand for lowest level component, it is double dipping,tht is, it is showing demand for level 2 and also showing for level 2,whereas in reality if level 2 is satisfied it should automatically satisfy level 1. Example: My BOM is
A
B--Qty/parent=1
C---Qty/parent=1
Now when I see demand for C after running MRP, MRP is telling me I need to order 1 for B and also 1 for A. Which is making it 2, in reality it should be just 1

Is B a manufactured item and C a purchased item? Are you using POP or SFC to manufacture?
