Hi.i have a problem regarding on the setup of MRG in NS1000 Panasonic PABX.,
im using (1) VOIP DSP-L for NS1000 and the pabx automatically required 2 IP address for this DSP.
DSP 1: 192.168.1.10 and 11.

1st Question:
do i need to portforward all protocol required for both IP Address or i choose 1?

2nd Question:
client setup use core switch that gave DHCP ip address connected to FORTINET FIREWALL.
How do i configure port forwarding in FORTINET?

Thank you i hope you can help me.

For Ip phones you need port 9300 and 2727 udp forward to main ip of the system and 16000-16511 all forward to DSP card

Set wan ip in media gw

As for the firewall, too much to say here. Fet someone who knows it to do it and disable all sip helpers and alg on the firewall

hi obtsystems., thank you for the answering my question. followup on this. DSP-L required 2 IP address right,
do i need to port forward all protocol needed for both IP address of DSP or it is safe if i choose 1.,it is confusing for me.

thank you.

YOU ARE USE 1 DSP CARD. THE FIRST IP ADDRESS
THE ANOTHER IP IS FOR ANOTHER DSP CARD, THE OTHER ONE NOT IT USE IF YOU WITH 1 DSP CARD.

The dsp L has two IP address and you point 16000 to 16511 to the first ip and the 16512 to 16512 to 17024 to the second ip. It spreads the voice across the two ip’s so I wouldn’t risk not having them port forwarding
