Mrelin Legend 7.0 can't dial 911

Have a merlin legend 7.0. Can't dial 911 from any ext. I'm dialing 9 then when i get a trk i dial 911 & get a reorder. I know on the magix about enabling 11, but don't seem to have that ability. What is it i'm missing? The 70 pool has frl of 3 & ext 3.

Are you sure the lines are assigned to pool 70 and not 890. I've seen that before.

Yes they are 70 pool

I would print the ARS table. It is also possible someone along the way has created a new table that is causing 911 not to work.

I printed it what & where should i look for that could be blocking it, local table?

If all you see are the standard tables: Toll, Local, Dial 0, and N11 then you do not have any extra tables to worry about. If that is the case, look at the N11 table as this is the 911 table. Is the FRL set to 4 maybe? Does it say to absorb any digits?

I had one recently where call by call service table 9 was not entered. It had 0 to 8 and no 9.
