We have a PBX in BC10. Our customer has told us that when they call internally from one extension to another (including calls in the same LIM), the displays shows "SR. X" or "MR. X" not the name which appears in the NIINP. Does anyone know the solution to this matter?

I once saw this on a IP phone in BC12, that probably was a different problem but I'll give you the solution for that one anyway, maybe it helps.
The reason there was that a certain text was not set. Print KSTSP:strno=all; for the language that they are using and check if all items have a text in it. Compare this with a system that doesn't have this problem.

mdman,

IP phones are using GETSP strings (KSTSP is only for digital phones)

Hi whosrdaddy,

in TSW you set these with KS commands, I am not sure if that was also the case in BC12. I am also not sure if it is meant to be that way.
I found that out when working on the above problem, it took me quite a while before I found it.

btw, the text which was wrongly set in the case I described was div10.

hello,

the problem was in adc parameter d4, before D4 was in 1 .

thanks for all
