MQSeries queuemanager creation

hi,
i've downloaded(from IBM site) installed MQSeries 5.1 for NT/2000 in my personal laptop.
i'm trying to create a queuemanager either using MQSeriesExplorer or by using setDefaultConfigurationSettings
(Tryin to create a local queuemanager, just for testing).

These are the following errors occured while trying to create queuemanager >>>

Unable to set up the default configuration. (AMQ4203)
Function MQDAICrtMqm failed with error code 71.

MQSeries returned error 71: CRTMQM -q -ld "c:\..."
AMQ8101:Unexpected error(893).
No Action Required.

Did the installation complete successfully and without errors?

I don't know if this is related, but I recently got RC 71 from a STRMQM command on WinNT due to MQ not liking a registry entry I'd added.

Check the NT event log and MQ Services dialogue to see if there is any additional information.
