MQSeries in DataStage?

Trying to use MQ serires in DataStage, but unable to compile and there is no more error to look for.

Do you have MQSeries server or cleint installed on the DS server? Is the DS user part og the mqm group? What version of MQ and what version of DS, What OS?

If you have DS 7.5 you can use MapStage with easy MQ connectivity.

I am using DS 6.0, MQ Server 5.3 and Windows XP Professional as OS. I have installed DS and MQSeries on the same machine. Inaddition, I am able to put the data into the Queue using MQ serires stage type, but unable to retrieve any data from the queue.
Appreciate any help.

I will need to check if 6.0 supports MQ 5.3. Good chance 5.3 was released after 6.0

You should be able to set up a simple test case, no transforms (straight across to file output) and send this to Ascential Support.
