MQSeries Explorer does not show messages of JMS sample program

Hello,
I am trying to run a JMS sample PTPSample01 on my NT macine (it has MQSeries server 5.1 installed).

The sample finishes with correct output and I can see the messages in MQSeries Explore when SYSTEM.DEFAULT.LOCAL.QUEUE is being used.
But MQSeries Explorer does not show messages in my local queues when I change the queue name in that sample program.
The test Postcard application works fine and I can see the messages in the postcard local queue.

Please help
