MQSeries and Peoplesoft using JMS

We are starting a new project to build the integration from our legacy and Siebel systems to a new Peoplesoft system. Has anyone done any type of MQ and JMS work with Peoplesoft? We have been told that JMS requires a header that tells it what process the message goes to (we will have 2 sources putting to the same queue). No-one in the MQ group here has any experience with JMS nor Peoplesoft. I am really looking for some guidance and examples so I can get started with my development.
