Is there any way a program can confirm FASTPATH binding is in use after connection to MQ on the Tandem?

Are you really sure you want to use FASTPATH binding? You do fully understand the implications of doing so?

Fastpath binding is not not the faint of heart and shouldn't be a technique to be used unless you are absolutely sure that the application is 100% bug free.

To quote the APG

This option compromises the integrity of the queue manager: there is no protection from overwriting its storage. This also applies if the application contains errors that can be exposed to messages and other data in the queue manager too. Consider these issues before using this option.

But to answer your original question...I don't know of anyway of confirming programatically that an application is using FASTPATH binding.
