MQMON.exe unable to locate component

I downloaded MQMON from IBM site.while trying to connect to a queue manager in a remote AIX server, its throwing error " this application has failed to start because amqzsaic.dll was not found. " i tried downloading and re extracting but its giving the same error everytime.
