mqm.dll missing

Hi,

I've installed MQ Series 5.3 and I am trying to install application connection layer via an executable which is unable to install because the I am missing the mqm.dll.

WOuldt this dll be missing if I installed the client version of it?

Where can I get the mqm.dll from to install is on my machine?

CAn anyone help with this ... any help would be much appreciated.
