MQ, PUB/Sub and VB and MQRFH formatting

Has any one written any VB and Pub sub code/have examples..

Using VB to write pub sub app, I have IBMs C examples and I am almost there, have all the QMGR/Q stuff working fine.

Having trouble understanding how to format the MQRFH in VB...

Any one have an example?
