MQ Error....

Hi,

We are using Mercator 6.5 on AIX Box.

We are getting following message when trying to pull a message from the queue.

Queue has 81 messages and each messages has size of 3MB.

We tried using following command without success :

-CMSG to fetch the complete message
-MBS to set the buffer size
-QTY to specify number of messages to retrieve

have you tried setting the environment variable EXTSHM=ON?

what command line are you currently using?

I haven't try setting up environment variable. Is it Unix variable or mercator.ini variable??? Can you please let me know how to set that up??

I am using :
-qmn ABC -qn ABC.ACPT.01 -HDR -CMSG

EXTSHM=ON is a UNIX variable, try doing the following before running the map:
export EXTSHM=ON


Also, I'm not sure if -HDR and -CMSG will work together, you might want to remove one until the queue connection problem is sorted out.
