MQ 5.3 Installation issues

IAm trying to install MQ 5.3 on Windows 2003.
In the Prerequisites window it show JRE is not found eventhough it is already installed.
THe server has Oracle installed.
What can be the cause for this?
Any ideas is appreciated.
