I've produced a number of MPEG4 DVD videos using Pinnacle Studio Plus version 9.4. These have been output via Pinnacle to a DVD-R disc. However, my Sony RDR-HXD710 DVD player/recorder doesn't see them or play them. Any ideas?
I realise that the version of Pinnacle is very old, so I was wondering if I need to upgrade.
(I've sent this to both Pinnacle and Sony, but I'm not hopeful of any help from them).

Are you able to try them in a different DVD player?

When you say MPEG4 DVD videos, did you burn them as a data (video) file, or did you tell it to make a DVD? A standard DVD formatted disk is much different than a video file on a disk - just in case you didn't already know.
