Hi. I'm trying to write a very simple MPEG2 video stream viewer using DirectShow. Could anyone point me towards a good example of this type of application? (An example that does MPEG1 stream viewing should also be a good start.) NOTE: I'm trying to view a network video stream.

On a related note, does the MPEG2 demultiplexer in DirectX9 allow decoding of an MPEG2 video stream or is a decoder from a 3rd party (like Moonlight Elecard) still necessary?

Thanks for any help or guidance!
Brian
