Perhaps someone on the Forum has experienced this problem.
I've created a 3min. sequence - animations from 3dsMAX and assembled it in Premiere 6.5. It is output, with the soundtrack to Adobe MPEG Encoder's NTSC MPEG-2 at the highest settings, Video bitrate variable, up to 9800 and Quality 50. The sound effects are all Mono.
When I play the MPG2 it runs fine on my systems and other XP systems too but on some similar systems it jitters, as if it was playing every 5th frame! All of these are newer models with XP-Prof. and similar in many ways. This occurs in both InterVideoDVD player and WinMediaPlayer9.
Anyone with a solution or pointer would be a hero!
Settings:
Video stream MPEG2,720X480,Rate 29.97,bitrate variable,
No Fields.
Thanks
