MPEG Problems and Win98

I ran Dr. Watson b/c I was having trouble with MPEGS w/Win 98.


I was playing an MPEG file.

Also, when I go to shut down windows, I get a blue screen with this message:

A fatal exception 0D has occured at 039F:0000474E
