MPCX10433 error 1

When i try to add voice mail box 5133 -I get the following error ....The specified number can not be used by mail box prefix 513326 at Taft 1 . I can't find 513326 in switch and or find what the error means . any suggestions?

Check to make sure it's not in the SDN table or a secondary extension in another mailbox.

It is not in the SDN table ( already checked) and thought it might be a secondary ext. but that will take some time to search. I created key 1 as it's mailbox 6133 and 5133
as it's ext DN . That worked customer gets 5133 messages.

I will reserach it some more and thanks again

5133 It came up with the one I created ?

Can you add 5132, 5134 without issues?

If you can't, then there might be a reference to a shorter number, try looking for 513 or 51 ...

it did let me create 5132 & 5134 I keep getting the same error -It will not let me create 5133 ?

Sorry i did not answer earlier - I searched 513* -it found the VM i created 6133 with 5133 as DN . but no others

Just curious, do a DNB in ur switch for 5133 and paste please.
 
513326 ?? almost looks like an admin login....

Go to the networking(dialing) in CP and make sure it's not in there?

Do you have callpilot's networked together?

Something could be messed up.... if you don't have that number showing up in SDN, Mailbox, Networking, dialing, Area Codes, permission restrictions etc...
