MP161 Unable to scan to email

Unable to scan to email using Ricoh Mp161 and Sonicwall firewall as per thread above. Have tried everything to no avail.

Mp161 can connect to Exchange 2003 but fails when sending/receiving mail. Have checked MTU etc and the connection test to theSMTP server works OK.

Weird thing is a blank page scan sometimes works Ok with the email size at about 38Kb.

Any help would be much appreciated.
