I am a new user of Red Hat 8 and Mozilla 1.0.1, and am having a very strange profile problem.
After working fine for a few days, Mozilla suddenly started failing on one user account. When the user starts Mozilla, the screen comes up and immediately shuts down. All other users are ok.
I have tried deleting the .mozilla folder from the users home directory. No luck. After deletion, the user is prompted to use or create a profile. The profile wizard blows up and shuts down.
By the way, I can create a new user who can start and run Mozilla without being prompted for a profile. It is simply created for them in their .mozilla directory.
There may be a fix for this that is obvious to some of you pros, but it really has me confused.
Thanks,
Mike
