moving user's name not the extention.

This is first time i have done this tipe of move,were the customer wants keep the extention in the same location just the name of the user will move to next spot,does anyone have this tipe of move done,please need a advice.THANKS

Names in teh 2400 are assigned using command AMND, if you only want to change the name of an extension then that should help.

The command is ANDD not AMND, I was thinking the correct command but wrote the wrong one.

as for your VM system what type is it? if it is an AD-64 find the subscriber and change their name and reset PW to default
