Moving users between organisational units

We have people moving from one organizational unit to the other (email domain names are different, eg john.watts@unit1.gov.gh, charles.damps@unit3.gov.gh). How can I move them from say unit 1 to unit 3 without having to recreate the user.

Thanks for your help.
