Moving to new hardware ... ISA 2000 question

I am in the process of moving my SBS 2003 installation to new hardware. Unfortunately, the original SBS 2003 server is still running ISA 2000 (not ISA 2004). At this point, upgrading to ISA 2004 is not an option, as the upgrade was not accounted for or tested. Therefore, what I need to do is move / copy my ISA configuration from the existing ISA 2000 configuration on the original SBS 2003 server to my new server.

Any ideas? Any help is appreciated.
