We've just begun to use Gmail, account is set up with our domain, xyz.com, we have dual delivery going on for pilot users, I can use my new gmail account to get a forwarded copy of all email and can send from it to anywhere....but one user when he logs into his gmail account can send emails to joe@msn.com, jill@hotmail.com, etc, but when he tries to send to our own domain, xyz.com, his email gets bounced back with a message:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

arsmith@xyz.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 Blocked (state 14).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance, everything else checks out but this!
