Moving to Exchange Server

Has anybody moved mailboxes from IMail 7.12 to Exchange Server 2000? I really like IMail, but "circumstances" forced me to get Exchange Server and I'd like to know how to get the mailboxes out of IMail into Exchange Server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
