Any advice on how to handle a move from Quickmail Pro server to Exchange 5.5 Server? I see a lot of problems, since most clients have no idea as far as how to configure a mail client, along with the fact that as admin, I have no idea what their passwords are.
How would you handle a mail server move such as this, keeping in mind that most of our users are not too computer literate? Appreciate any and all advice. Also, how do you hadle address book updates in Exchange? The on disc documentation is a terrible mess, and so far, I have found nothing on distributing address books. Thanks to everyone!
