Moving to a New Domain

I am about to move my NT 4/Exchange 5.5 box to new domain. The old domain is a NT domain and the new one is a 2003 domain. My question is what would be the best way to go about this. Should i just join the new domain and exchange will follow it. Or will i have to make any changes in Exchange. I am also moving all of my pc and user to this new domain.

Second question. Has anybody done this before and do you think there would be problems if i moved the server over before i moved the users over.
