i'm still beginer..

if i want to create a moving object and parts[\b] of the
object is also moving at the same time, for example..

a moving man walks across a street
(first the man moves across the street and his legs and arms are moving at the same time[\b])

which is the best way to do it??

I would animate the entire image as a symbol but you could animate the parts individually. Here is a good basic tutorial on animation
