moving the msdtc

not sure if this is correct forum but hopefully ok

windows 2008 r2 cluster running sql2008.
migrating to a new san using sancopy.

am i correct in saying for the msdtc - it's all seperate on drive etc - that easy method is just offline it - delete it and then just recreate on the new lun?
