Moving the mouse.. perhaps a strange request

I want to write a very small program, that moves the windows mouse pointer a defined distance in a defined direction.

The reason it must be small is because I will be running it again and again rapidly to move a mouse pointer across the screen.

Once I have run this program enough times to get the pointer to the desired point how do I mimick the use of the mouse buttons in VB?
