Moving the licensing server to another controller

Hello:

I've just been put on a project where there is a Citrix 1.8 server farm running on NT, but we want to upgrade to W2K running metaframe XP. We're concerned about potential problems with moving the current terminal services licensing server to another domain controller. (We're going to introduce a new W2K server and make it the domain controller, not upgrade the current domain controller, but retain it for another purpose.) How does the licensing server report back to the MS clearninghouse? Will it matter if our licensing server has a change of IP address or MAC address?

Also, what kind of Citrix licensing is required by the ICA master browser? since it's not in application mode, and it's just pooling citrix licenses and load balancing.
