I would like to move the backend of our Access DB. However there are MANY links for the tables that will need to be reestablished. Is there a way to point the front-end database to the new location for the backend and all the links will be reestablished? Or do I have to go through each one individually? What would be the quickest way?

Thanks,

There are several ways. One relatively simple way is:
Tools->Database Utilities -> Linked Table Manager

Check 'always prompt for new location', hit 'select all', hit 'ok', select new location. All of the links should be updated.

This can be automated, but if you're only doing it once, I'd do it this way.

traingamer, I have found that if Always Prompt is ticked, it will ask for each table, which may or may not suit. Select All, followed by OK will just prompt once.
