I need to move approximately half of my terminal services user profiles to another server. The folders are created in AD using \\plfp01\tsprofiles$\%username%
This however locks down the folder so the user is the owner with the admin account having no access to that folder.

I could take ownership of them, one by one, and change permissions on them but there are 500 of them. How can i therefore move them all over on mass, still retaining all the user settings?

Thanks

Robocopy with the /B switch for Backup mode might do it.
The account you are running it as would have to have Backup Operator rights.
