I am moving mailboxes to another server and wondered if there are any ramifications in moving the system administrator mailbox or the exchange service mailbox. I am also not sure about the datasync mailbox (it could be a manual mailbox - i am just not sure since it was created before my time here).

I am moving them from the first server to another server. Any ideas?

Thanks.

You can move all your mailboxes to the other server without a problem. Please keep in mind that the actual move of the mailbox does not happen immediatly, it takes time to move the mailbox over from one system to the next.
For this reason you need to keep both machines up, I would suggest for at least another week. After that you can shut the old system down.

To be on the safe side make a full backup before you start the move. There is always the off chance of something going wrong.

Hope this answers your question.

Thanks. I am planning on keeping the other server up for a bit. Thanks again.
