This weekend we are planning on changing the drive on our SQL Server 2000 cluster. I saw in another forum that others have done this. Here is the lnk:

Here is what we are planning on doing:

Turn off MSSQLSERVER service
Turn off SQLSEVERAGENT service

Copy the files to the new drive
Rename drive F: to a different letter
After the copy is complete rename the new drive to F:

Turn on the two services

So the question I have is do we keep both servers on while we copy the data? And do we turn the services off from cluster administrator or from Administration Tools\Services?
