Moving SMS to a new server

I currently have SMS installed on one server, and as part of a consolidation exercise, I need to move it from this server, to another server within the same domain. Both servers are Windows NT 4.0 SP6.

Is there a document that outlines what steps I need to perform, and is it a simple, straight forward process.
