I am looking for any insight on how to move all RM configuration in one livelink 9.7 environment to another. Thanks in advance.

If I am not mistaken RM stuff is freely portable beween instances.(Physical Objects however is not). The way I have done this is basically in the Records management workspace under records managment administartaion you have import/export.You should be able to export some from one server to another
Export

Export Table Maintenance Codes
Export RSIs
Export RM Classification Terms

Import

Import Table Maintenance Codes
Import RSIs
Import RM Classification Terms
IRCH Retention Manager Import

The classification tree can also be imported/exported.

Another very easy way would be to duplicate a working env to a test env a document for SQLserver and Oracle is available at the KB

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?
