Hi all,

I would like to get a macro or similar setup so when i run it - it picks up all the records that are checked in one table, and MOVES them to another table. I would like to continually add to the destination table - so that a year or so down the line i have quite a nice lot of data in the table.

Is this possible !?

Thanks in advance !:)

It's very possible. Set up an append query, not a macro, that you can run whenever you wish. On the criteria line of the query just enter that your check field must be True. Maq [americanflag]

You would first need to setup two queries. The first one would append the checked records from your source table into your destination table. Then your second query would delete all checked records from your source table. You could then put these two queries (in order) into a macro. Let me know if you need any assistance with the design of your queries.
