Moving records from one list box to another with a command button??

Can anyone help me with this please?

I want to move selected records of a source list box to the destination list box with the help of a command button. I don't know anything about coding but I need a code to pull this through. Also I wouldn't mind adding a second command button that would move the whole set of records in the source list box to the destination list box.
