I am installing a new terminal server today and will need to move some users profiles to the new one, what would be the best way to do that? Also is it possible to enable romaing profiles for these user being the will be logging into other terminal servers?

YES! You can, in active directory there is a terminal sservices profile tab on the user account's profile. This is where you can state where the user's terminal services profile is located. Typically you want them on a file server somewhere. You could just copy the whole profile from the term server you have them logging into and place it on the fileserver share that you setup for user profiles.
You can also setup a "Home" folder for them so that they have a network share on a fileserver that they can save there stuff and not worry about losing it. That is assuming you preform backups on that share.
Also need to remember to check the check box at the bottom of the tab to allow the user to log into a terminal server.
