Moving Processors on a lpar 6m2 1

I have a 6m2 with 2 lpars one lpar has 2 processor the other has 1 processor . I want to make the one has 2 and change the other to 1 ....nonvice on

in a non-dlpar you will need to shutdown both lpars and change the profile to the configuration you want
