Moving or upgrading OWA from Exchange 5.5 to 2003

Recently I've migrated from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. I did this by adding a new Exchange 2003 server to the existing Exchange 5.5 environment. I then moved all mailboxes and Public Folders to the new 2003 server. This was done successfully and next week I'll be taking the old Exchange 5.5 server offline. At this time, we will change the outside interface on our PIX firewall (the public IP address) to NAT to the new Exchange 2003 server (currently it is pointing to the old 5.5 machine).

My Exchange 5.5 OWA server is on a third server running W2K3. We also have a SSL certificate on this server. I want OWA on this server to point to the new Exchange 2003 server rather than the 5.5 machine.

What is the easiest way to do this? Is it possible to do an in-place upgrade of OWA or should I export my SSL certificate, uninstall OWA 5.5 and do a clean install of OWA 2003?

Thank you in advance for any help.

You cannot install OWA as a separate installation on 2003 as you could in 5.5 You will need to install a full version of Exchange 2003. YOu really only need the Standard version configured as a front end server. This will then handle all the OWA, IMAP, POP3 and mobile device connections. We had a similar config and I exported the cert and did a clean install of the os and exchange.
