Moving or Copying a Historical Instance

Is it possible to copy or move a historical instance from a job (this job runs several reports) to another folder within Crystal Enterprise 10?

We have a job that runs several reports and it ran a few times earlier in the month. Since one of those instances completed sucessfully (ran all reports fine), I'd like to move that particular instance over to another folder set up for that particular month.

I don't think that there's a built in function for this.

Since all instances have Object IDs and their parent IDs, you might be able to adjust those, but tht's dicey stuff...

APOS has a tool called ArchiveManager that we have been looking at - it lets you move instances around within your environment.

We're thinking of using it to move all of our 2004/05 reports come April 1st - and the new financial year.
