Moving Objects

Hi guys,
I have created a break apart effect for my headings.. I have around 6 headings. I made it using a different program (as it was automated). It has made the effect for each heading by moving the letters slightly on each key frame. When I import the swf file into my movie in flash 5, it puts it in the top left corner. The only way to move it to the right for example is frame at a time, and as you can imagine.. with 30 frames per heading and 6 headings, im not doing it that way!!

Is there any way I can 'move' the position of a block of frames??

arrrrrrr after all that.. 2 mins after I posted this I solved it...

Just made a new movie clip.. imported it in to that and then I can move the movie clip around...
