We have two buildings both using the Avaya Merlin systems. One in Parsippany and the other in Denville connected via T1. We are moving out of Parsippany which was our main office at the time of install. We want to terminate our T1 line, so as a test I unplugged our T1. We ran into some issues that we can manage without but my main concern is voicemail. We have no voicemail in our Denville building. I'm assuming it has something to do with the Merlin Messenger card that is in Parsippany and not in Denville. I tried removing the card and installing at Denvilee but had no success. Can someone please HELP!!

THANKS!!!

You were using mer-network featuring central messaging so you will need to clear out the udp tables and vm huntgroup and rebuild vm from scratch. You shouldn't have to change or create new boxes but you will need to rebuilt the vm group and clear out the udp tables.

I am in the same situation as well. How can I go on about this?
