Moving Mdaemon to new server

Hi

In the near future we will move our Mdaemon Mial server to a new machine. I do not want to setup all accounts, lists and filters from scratch.

Is there a way to move these items to a new machine? Does the versions of Mdaemon need to match with the mdaemon on the new machine?

Simply re install the mdaemon application on the new server but skip the config section when asked.

Now copy the entire Mdaemon directory from the old machine to the Mdaemon directory on the new on. When it starts it will be all setup as before.

I think that maybe only the APP directory is needed but I copy over everything.

Finally had the time to update both mdaemon machines. App folder and spamassassin are indeed the only folders that need to be restored. Thanks for your help.
