Moving mail boxes

Gettig an error moving mail boxes from old server to our new server. Getting event ID 1008 "MAPI provider failed". I checked with MS articles and they say check to make sure Information store service is running and the stores are mounted. Yes to both. Does anyone else have any ideas?
